Item isn't what you wanted or expected? Simply return your item for any reason within 30 days for a refund.  To receive a full refund your returned product must be new, unused, and packaging included.  Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns that have been used in any way.

If you local you can return your item in person within 30 days if it has not been used, you can also exchange for another item equal to the amount you paid. 

Yes you can call and arrange for a time to shop in person and pick up your order from my residence, i offer a safe, discreet, private shopping experience, so you don't have to feel uncomfortable going into a local retail store to purchase your items.  I understand that can be a embarrassing  experience with certain products, which is the reason majority of people perfer coming here. Orders received by 3pm Weekdays are shipped the same day and by 11am on Saturdays.  We use UPS Ground & USPS Priority shipping

We very much understand the need for discretion and privacy.  All packages are shipped in plain brown boxes.

Yes Free delivery is available for orders $25 or more in the 32822 area code.  Same Day Delivery hours are daily 8am-4pm.  

Yes Jungle Juice, Rush, head cleaners are available for purhcase at my location only.  They are not available for sale on the website, i offer a wide range of cleaners, they are the real deal, no fakes! No nail polish brands! Which is reason i lot of people purchase from me. Other enhancement products like Boner Bears, Royal Honey, Rhino 69, Kangaroo products are also available at my location for purchase.  I also carry whip cream clyinders. 

No! due to personal hygiene issues, and fact i don't have many of same products, no one wants to buy sex toy someone used before. But after you purchase the item, you can open the box and look at the item, and if you don't like it, you can exchange it for something else. And if you buy thongs or cock rings, you may try them on after you purchase it, and if it's the wrong size, you may exchange it before you leave.
